I want to get someone's opinion on which section would be better to go: Jinshanling or Simatai?

The original plans were to go with Simatai, but I recently found out from a tour/car rental service that with the new water town that's built there, it's become pretty busy and Jinshanling would be a better place to go. I'm not sure if I should trust this advice or not? Any thoughts would be great!
