1. Yes, you can stay at the Hourly Lounge to the west of public area, Arrival Hall, 2F, T3-C. Their telephone number is 86-010-64558577.
2. I am sorry that you cannot smoke inside terminals. But there are outdoor smoking areas outside the terminals for your convenience. I am afraid that there is no sleeping pod in the lounge.
3. You can pick up your luggage at the Luggage Claim Hall on 2F, T3-C. :)
