Coco, you should first prepare the required materials: your passport and its photocopy, the completed application form affixed with a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your family member in PRC and copy of his/her passport and residence permit, and the relationship certificate.
Next, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.0
