Is it advisable to travel Taiwan in late nov or early dec or mid dec?

How is the weather/typhoon?

Yes, the best time for a visit lasts from March to May, and from October to December. It would be free of typhoon. The temperature may range from 65F to 75F. You may take light jackets, shirts, pants and an umbrella. May you have a wonderful trip! :)
