About:Canton Tower

I will be having 9 hours transit at Guangzhou Airport in September

And i am planning to visit the Canton Tower 488 lookout. Which is the easiest and convenient mode of tranport to-and-from from the airport?
Also i am a budget traveler so i am budgeting 100 NZD roughly 470 RMB for the short transit trip. The 488 Lookout ticket is 280 so after that will have roughly 180 RMB. Will it be good enough for subway fares and a meal at GZ?

You can take metro line 3 to the tower from CAN. The metro fare is CNY 8 per person. And the trip takes about 50 minutes. By the way, you can follow the same route for the return trip.

Sure! CNY 180 is enough to pay for the metro fare and a meal. :)
