z visa - employer activity change

Hello. I have a question please

I m changing from a teacher to "marketing" So I have been told that I need to change my work permit (from education to marketing) and I need 2 full years experience as required, but I only graduated last year in China and worked as an economics teacher for one year. Is there any way to sort this out?
