I depart from Beijing at 2-30 a.m. from Terminal 2(PEK).

Would you please be so kind, to advice me, in what part of city center should I stay, to be on time at the airport, going there by bus?

Generally speaking, you need to reach the airport at least two hours prior to departure.

You may stay near Ciqikou Station, where you can take shuttle bus line 7 to PEK. The buses operate until 22:00, and the trip takes about 1 hour. The fare is CNY 24. The Crystal Orange Hotel at No. 114, Chongwenmenwai Street is recommended to you. It costs around CNY 700 per night. Or, you can take a taxi to PEK for CNY 100-120.
