Your Kind guidance is sought, apply tourist entry permit from UAE

Hi,
I am Waheed Zia a Pakistani National currently residing in Abu Dhabi and acting as a Manager in a construction company. I plan to start a business of general trading in near future and for that matter, I intend visiting China due its vast and diversified products range. In order to accomplish this task and future arrangements I need to take tours of the chinese market. While remaining an employee as I feel I can not opt for a business visa due my legal and company,s obligations. For this I will be utilising my official leaves to undertake this task and on a tourist visa. Can you kindly advise me as to what should be my course of action in this regard while fulfilling all the legal requirements. What all would be needed to be done in order to acquire this entry permit. An early reply to his query will be highly appreciated.
