Dear Sir,I am a Manager(Projects),in private sector company in Sri Lanka have already discussed to purchase some Machineries from manufacturing companies in China through internet.I have to pay them some advance and to confirm orders. May I get to know more about them prior to send money. We wish (my boss and myself) to have a visit at the factories before delivery of machineries.Thanks,

You need to apply for M type. Apart from your passport, application form and a recent passport photo, you should have the following documents:1. invitation letter or confirmation letter of invitation from duly authorized unit. It is usually given by local foreign affairs office. You should ask your Chinese companies to help you acquire this.2. invitation letter from your Chinese factories.3. local company covering letter including company address, phone number and detailed visiting purpose. 4. less than three pages of the copy of local company bank statement (latest three months original one is required). 5. business registration certificate
