About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

My employer holds my passport...and i don't know where is the police station here..what to do?

Please help i want to go home but i don't have money to pay the fine...and i don't want to be detain..i am 46 yrs old..over stay for 8 months..my employer said if i finish 2 yrs she will pay the fine but if not...she will not pay

Virna, maybe you can ask for help from the embassy of Philippines in PRC and see if it can help you to pay the fine. May I know where you are now so that I can tell you where the police station is? Anyway, you should report your situation to the local police as soon as possible because you have overstayed for that long. You are not advised to overstay any more. Otherwise, the situation may be more serious, and you may be detained.
