Is there a main station for the City Sightseeing Bus where all lines are starting?

I am afraid that there is no main station. But there are some stations where several lines pass by. For example, you can take line 1, 3 and 5 at the Garden Bridge on the Bund, and take line 1 and 2 at Urban Planning Exhibition Center. :)0
