Long Distance bus from Lijiang to Guangtong North

Hi, is there a long-distance bus I can take to Guangtong North (which is the second to last stop on the train ride to Kunming, before Lufeng). I am not sure if the bus route to Kunming actually goes through Guangtong North. Problem is train to Guangtong North offers hardseats only on lower bunks of hard sleeper (3 hard seats to a lower bunk), which will make the train ride extremely crowded. Trying to find alternate way to get to Guangtong North, short of taking a taxi.
