About:China Private Visit Visa

For mother S1 visa

Hello dear
I am working in a university in China.I have PR visa of china. My mother want to stay with me for 5 months. What are the papers needed for that and can I get it from Bangladesh? Now I am in Bangladesh for visit and to take my mother with me.Thank you.

Hi Albert, since your mother will only stay for 5 months, I think you just need to apply for an S2 for her. The papers that will be needed are her passport, a copy of the passport, a copy of your passport and residence permit, an invitation letter from you, a filled-out application form attached with her recent photo, and perhaps your birth certificate. I think your mother can apply for it while you are in Bangladesh.
