About:Shenzhen Airport Shuttle Bus & City-Bus

My flight arrives at Bao'an Airport 10:20.

How long will it takes to get through custom clearance and luggage claim? We would like to go to Shenzhen North to take the high speed train to Xiamen and like to know if it is safe to take the 13:50 train. Thank you.

Generally speaking, it takes around 30-40 mins.You can catch that train. Don't worry.
Upon landing, you need to take shuttle bus to get to Houtui Metro Station first. Then take Metro Line 1 to Bao'an Center Station and transfer to Line 5 to North Railway Station directly. It takes around 50 mins. And the ticket fare is CNY 7 per person.
