About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

I arrive Capital Airport 430PM Hainan Air, leave 930AM next day on Mongolian Air.

What terminal do I go to for Mongolian Air flight to Ulan Bator (ULN) and how much time should I allow for checkin before flight?
What are guidelines for carry-on luggage and baggage allowance for Mongolian Air?

According to your situation, it's international to international transfer from T2 to T3. Generally speaking, you need to have around 2 hours to make this connection. And you don't need to collect the luggage and recheck them in T3.
