If Q2 does not seem favourable for my mother and sister
to stay with me and family , is it ok
my wife and child to stay
long term.

Alternatively, do I get good rental if I were to rent
it out initially for a couple of years
since my child got a placing in her school
near where we currently stay ?

I able to buy a much bigger land property in

It is not suggested that your mother and sister come to stay with you and maybe your wife and child stay long if you can deal with the relationship well. As for your house, why do you want to rent out but not live yourselves? If you work hard, everything will get better.

My child has been given a place in school in 2019 near where we currently live ( 1st home )

If we were to move into this new House ( 2nd home ) which is far away ( distance to travel to and fro from school ) would cause inconvenience. So, my plan to rent out for a couple of years first and move in 3rd year ? Question : Is this plan ok and rental ok ?
