How long would it take by taxi to get from Shanghai Xintiandi to the Yingxiong Memorial?

Thinking of having a late lunch in there but have to be back at the Yingxiong Memorial to catch the bus back to the cruise ship. How much time mid-afternoon on a weekday should I plan? Thanks!
