can i enter saudi arabia with a renewed passport (lost passport)?

hello, im a indian citizen living in jeddha, but i m studing in beijing for the past 3 years. i have my residence permit and exit reentry papaer with me but i recently lost my passport. what should i do to make sure i can travel back home with my new passport？
