About:China Family Reunion Visa

Business Visa to Familly reunion?

Hi, I will like to know if I have a business M type but I will like to change to family reunion type is this possible? My cousin leave in PRC and she have 2 boys. She will like me to taking care of his boys in PRC for about 2 years, but I'm Canadian. Which type should I apply?

Jia, it is possible to change the M type to S type, but you can only apply for the S2 type which may allow you to stay in PRC for 180 days at most.

I have one last question. For the private visit (S), it said I can stay for a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 5 years. Is true that I can stay for 5 years with my family?
