About:Transfer at Shanghai Maglev Stations

What is the best way to get to East Nanjing Road Station from Pudong Airport around 8am?

Would it be better to take the S2 directly from the airport or take the Maglev Train and then switch to the S2?
Would it be possible to travel with luggege at this hour?

Well, the morning rush lasts from 7:00 to 9:00. You may take express train from PVG to Longyang Road first. Then,change to metro line 2 to East Nanjing Road Station.
In addition, yes, you can take your luggage onto the trains. Don't worry! :)

Will it be convenient to take my suitcase using the train during the rush hour or it will be a nightmare?

To be honest, it may be a little bit crowded on the trains with your luggage.
Thus you can take a taxi to East Nanjing Road Station from PVG directly. The cab fare may be around CNY 180. :)
