russian tourist visa

Hello sir, I am an Indian student study in Jiamusi china. during August 2016 we want to travel Russia. we are planning to visit Khabarosk and Vladivostock by train or bus. can you guide us for ticket purchase and requirements?

There is a route which may work: from Jiamusi to Mudanjiang then to Suifenhe. From Suifenhe, there should be rail and bus service to Vladivostock.
