does s1 type include those over 60 years of agehave purchase property in china ?

I am over 60 years and my wife had purchased a new apartment in Zhongshan PRC. I had twice been issued with a 2 year multiple entry visa by the authority in Zhongshan. Now the entry permit been expired, I would like to know if I can apply the S1 type in Sydney, Australia ?

Dear, S1 type is issued to those who intend to visit their family members who live or study in PRC. So if your wife has residence permit in PRC, it’s possible for you to apply for the S1 type. You can have a try.
