Well, Putuo is a wide area. Can you provide more exact address?Take Renaissance Putuo Hotel as an example, you can take the Maglev Train from PVG to get to Longyang Road Station first. The ticket fare is CNY 50 per person. And it only takes around 8 mins. Then take subway line 2 to arrive at Langao Road, Exit 4. The duration is about 45 mins. And it costs CNY 5 per person. Afterwards, walk southwest around 220 yards to find that hotel.
