Can I get my ticket from Shanghai to Hongkong online? Because I need to show it for my 144-hour visa-free visit in Shangai when I arrive there.

There is no e ticket type for this Shanghai-HK trip. In this way, it did hard to get a confirmation before your arrival. Maybe you need to choose a flight for HK.
