S2 Visa requirments

Hi, I want to apply S2 type, my cousin invited me to stay with her for a month vacation, Do i still need to present Certificate of Kinship or the birth certificate of mine, my cousin, her mother and my mother which is siblings is enough to proved that were first degree cousin? thank you!
