Hi, I want to travel to New Delhi from Tokyo via Shanghai. The layover time between flights is about 10 hrs in Shanghai. Do I need a transit visa? I have an Indian passport. Thanks.

Sujoy, if so, you don’t need to get a transit G type because you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai.
