About:Kunming Airport

My flight shandong airlines from qingdao to delhi has a stopover in kunming.

Where should i clear the immigration? In qingdao or KM? if in KM what are the steps?

You need to clear the immigration at Qingdao since it is the departing place. If your layove is short in KM, the transfer can be finished within the restricted area. Then you don't need to clear customs again.
