About:Best Time to Visit China

We want to go to Beijing, Xian, Shanghai & the Yangze River (cruise) in March next year.

What is the weather like during that period, would it be too crowded?

The temperature of these places in March may range from 45~60F. It would be a comfortable climate to tour around.
There is no public holiday in that month, so it won't be too crowded. No worry and enjoy your time!
