About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Sydney - Beijing - Dublin

I arrive in Beijing 01:05am 22 July and depart 01:30am 25 July. Do I qualify for the 72 hour visa and do I need to register at a police station?

Yes, you qualify for the 72-hour free transit. You need to regsiter at the police station within 24 hours after arrival. If you lodge in a hotel, the hotel may do it for you.
