how i get china visa for master study in china at shanghai please??

I am Mr. Souliphet LAOLOUTENG, Living in Xamneua District, Houaphanh Province, I received Admission Notice and Application JW201 from Shanghai Ocean University to study in China start from 2016 - 2020. Hi Souliphet! In addition to the admission notice and JW201 form, you need to prepare the following documents: 1. a passport valid for more than six months and having at least two blank pages; 2. a copy of your passport's photo page; 3. a fully filled application form attached with your recent photo; 4. other documents that the consular officer things necessary.
