About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

I am an India but i have girlfriend in china.

we both thinking to marry so can i stay with her in china for permanent?

If you girlfriend is Chinese national, after you two get married, you can apply for a Q1 type to enter PRC and get temporary residence permit. Because you just get married, it’s impossible for you to stay there permanently.
