About:China Customs Declaration

I want to bring my apple desktop, iPod, iPhone, and acer tablets.

Do these things need to be declared?
How about toiletries like soap toothpaste and perfume?

If the electronic devices are personal items, you can take them without declaration. Self-use toiletries are also allowed to enter CN and you don't need to declare them either. They should be put into checked luggage.
