Hi I am staying in Regal Shanghai Hotel near the Stadium. Where will I get sightseeing bus?

You must refer to Regal East Asia Hotel, right?
It's suggested to take the bus at Jing'an Temple Bus Stop. The exact boarding site is the opposite Main Entrance to Temple.
From your hotel, you can take a taxi to get there directly. It costs around CNY 25 in the day time.
