About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Visa waiver eligible?

I am arriving in Beijing from Tel Aviv to meet a tour group and go to North Korea for one week. I will return to Beijing and fly back to Tel Aviv. I will have confirmed tickets for North Korea. It seems like the free transit applies to me. What do you think?

Maya, if you just transit in Beijing for less than 24 hours, you can make use of the 24 hour direct transit there. Otherwise, you need to apply for a transit G type in advance.
