My family, 13 mexicans, arriving on a cruise to sanya for 8 hours. What kind of visa do we need.?

Amcs, if the cruise will head to a third country or region instead of the last one it came from after staying in Sanya for 8 hours, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit there and no entry permit is needed then.0
