Home Return Permit renewal

I have an expired Home Return Permit (Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents), can I renew it in Vancouver and how much would it cost? I need to apply for a China Visa for my daughter, I would like to find out the cost for single, double and multiple entries.
HK ID will be going through an upgrade in 2018, will I be able to renew/update here in Vancouver?

Thank you.
Angela.

Angela, you are advised to go to the consulate general in Canada to ask for the issuance of a new Home Return Permit. But if it cannot be issued, you can try to apply for a travel document to enter PRC instead.
As for your daughter, no matter how many entries you apply for, they all cost the same CAD 142.
