About:Chinese Currency & Money Exchange

I have read that some people say is better to exchange money in ATM better than Bank of China.

They say the get better rate, what is the difference in rate? Can you pls advise me, i was planning to change USD to CNY in Beijing Airport.

As I know, no matter you exchange it on ATM of Bank of China or BOC Service Counter, the exchange rate is the same.
