Visa requirements for Hong Kong transit

if you need an entry permit for hong kong on Iran Passport but only in transit to take ferry to Shenzhen do I still need to get the entry permit for Hong kong or just the one for Shenzhen in China as I am going from Hong kong Airport on Ferry to Shenzhen
