Train Ticket Office at Pudong Airport.

I want to travel by train from Hongqiao Station to Nanjing South station the morning after I fly to Shanghai from Australia. I will fly in to Pudong Airport next Friday night so I want to know:
1. Is there a train ticket office at the airport where I can buy a ticket to travel on a G train from Hongqiao to Nanjing South station?
2. What are the opening hours for the train ticket office at Pudong Airport?
