Asked by student in China who want to marry another foreigner

Hi, I would like to know how I can get a paper that allows me to marry another foreigner of a different nationality here in China.

Dolly, usually, you need to provide your passport, residence permit in PRC and single status certificate. Of course, the marriage registration officers may also require other documents.
