Hello im indonesian. I need to guangzhow from shenzhen i need to make VOA in luohu port. When visa approve can i go to guangzhow from shenzhen with VOA?

Louis, even though you get VOA at Luohu port, it cannot be used to enter Guangzhou and you are only allowed to travel around Shenzhen. If you want to visit Guangzhou, you should apply for a tourist L type in advance.
