Does Macau accept Hong Kong dollars?

Do they ask for Chinese Yuan in HK?
If I go to both the places what currency should I carry?
And should it be in cash or card?

As I know, Macau accepts HK Dollars.
Most stores in HK only accept HK Dollars. Thus for your convenience, you can exchange enough HK Dollars and MOP in advance. Generally speaking, cash will be much better. ：）
