opening time for visiting shanghai tower

Hi, if it helps, I went to the observatory deck on July 01, it was open from 09 to 21 hrs, as some person told me. It was 160 yuan that day.
There was a few people, unexistant queues, but when in the 119th floor, there was nothing else than the view (well, it is the main thing to see). There were facilities for a bar and a souvenir spot but it was all empty.
