You may take a bullet train to Antu West from Shenyang North Railway Station. The trains depart at 9:46, 12:12, 15:47, and 15:59, and the trip takes 3.5 to 4 hours. Upon arrival, charter a car to the mountain. The fare may be around CNY 300-500 for a single trip. :)
