Hiring a taxi driver for our 4 day trip in Zhengzhou through Linzhou

Would it be possible to hire a taxi driver for my 4 day visit to Mt. Taihang? It would include a drive between cities like from Linzhou and I'm afraid drivers do not want to drive too far away from their area. If it is quite common for taxi drivers to service this long trip, how much would be reasonable to pay for this service?
