About:Huangpu River

I'm supposed to arrive at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station at approximately 23:18.

By the time I take either the metro or taxi to my hotel at The Bund, will the city lights still be on? Are there still people on the streets at that time?

I am sorry that you cannot catch the last metro to the downtown area, which departs at 22:48 from Hongqiao Railway Station. So, you may take a taxi for about CNY 240.

Yes, the lights will still be on, and there will be people on the street then. :)
