i've been out of job since may 2016. i wonder when will i get a job.

Birth date 17 August 1973, married. It seems like jobs not coming to me. Marriage is a challenge and in terms of health, I've gone through 2 surgery this year. Will this improve? Will I get a job soon? I'm worrying about my financial position too.
