I want one day tour including Li River, Reed Cave, Elephant Trunk, Seven star Park. Is that possible?

One day is not enough, two days will be required to do all these sightseeing. The Li River cruise starts at around 09:30 and arrives in Yangshuo at around 14:00. After short visit in Yangshuo, you need get back to Guilin. It needs at least 1.5 hours. So you will not have time to visit Guilin city.0
