About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

I am traveling from Dubai to Thailand thru China Southern Airlines..

I have 2pc 23kg per piece checked in baggage allowable. Can i use one luggage bag with total of 46kg?

Each checked luggage should not exceed 23kg for economy cabins. You really don't need to pack them as one. 2 pieces of 23kg luggage are allowed to check freely.
