i am going to visit chengdu, changsha, changchun & qingdao.

How can I plan an itinerary among these cities? Train or flight time wise which is cheaper?

You are suggested to follow this route: Chengdu->Changsha->Qingdao->Changchun.The intercity distance among the four cities is quite far. For your convenience, you are suggested to choose plane as the major transportation means.
